Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.” For example, if your service is totaled at $250 and you cancel 24 hours or less, $125 will be debited from your card on file. 

All  appointments require a  non-refundable deposit of $50.00. No exceptions. No refunds. Each client should also come with their hair blow-dried with no kinks or there will be a $15 straightening fee. All payments should be submitted via PayPal. NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

There is a consultation fee of $30.00. All of our clients' hair is important to us. We understand that different, non-shop environmental factors could contribute to your satisfaction with your desired style. The purpose of a consultation is to be proactive with any of our clients who may be experiencing hair loss, alopecia, large amounts of shedding, damaged or colored hair and any other concerns that the client may have. We do not recommend that you make an appointment for a protective style if you know that you are suffering from one or more of these issues. We will refuse service to you. Our goal is to create a plan for your hair and the protective style that you desire so that your experience will remain world-class. 

Clients who book any service on a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) will be assessed a $50-non refundable weekend fee. This fee will be added to your cart total automatically upon the selection of a weekend day while booking your service.

 Our client care agents are here to help you during our hours of operation. Our primary means of communication is via email at braidsbyreneeb1@gmail.com. Please ensure that you email us with your name that you booked/ordered under and any information pertaining to your service or order. While, we do like to take care of customer care concerns expeditiously. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response as we do process emails in the order in which they are submitted. Also, please do not submit more than one customer-care request  

Any services that have been completed by ReneeB are free to be showcased by the receiver of the service. ReneeB does not condone any activities, slogans, ideals or representations that may be associated with those posts. We ask that all posts be done with respect to ReneeB and all persons.
